Marketing Firm Owner Galvao to Engage Investors

Potential Clients at May 12 Forum.

New York, N.Y. —The owner of a successful marketing firm with offices in Brazil and the United States will be part of a major real estate forum here Tuesday, May 12, to continue his aggressive sales campaign for a luxurious residential resort in the northeastern region of Brazil and to talk about his various services for clients.

Joao Paulo Galvao, owner of Believe Marketing, will be meeting with potential suitors at his booth at New York Real Deal Real Estate News Magazine’s Real Deal Development Showcase and Forum Tuesday from noon to 6 p.m. at the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th St., New York City.

Along with Galvao will be officials from Cyrela Plano & Plano, which built In Mare Bali, one of the most splendid beachfront vacation condo spots in Brazil. He and representatives from the company will discuss financial opportunities with potential investors.

Cyrela Plano & Plano, the largest engineering and construction firm in Brazil, was created by the 2006 union of Cyrela Brazil Realty and Plan & Plan, who partnered to develop real estate projects in regions of great economic power and true Brazilian development vectors. Today, it has 6,200 active clients, 620 employees, more than 3.6 million square feet of structures built and more than 16.7 million square feet under construction

Located in Natal -Rio Grande do Norte, In Mare Bali offers an outdoor pool and fitness center. The units are all air-conditioned with seating areas and kitchens fully equipped with kitchenware. It is located about a quarter-mile from Cotovelo Beach and 20.5 miles from São Gonçalo do Amarante International Airport.

Galvao’s firm provides all-around marketing services for firms interested in doing business in Brazil. “My strategy has been to represent companies that operate with small budgets so as not to compete with larger and less personal agencies. We create small or very large events to attract appropriate-sized crowds. Our firm concentrates on brand focus to maximize name recognition for my clients.”

He has been in the business 33 years.

“Our Brazilian marketing is very competitive. We have grown rapidly in the past 10 years, opening offices in Recife, Brasilia and São Paulo. He recently started doing business from an office in Miami “with one client from Brazil. But I have observed a lot and know I am creating opportunities for Brazilian clients that want to take part in the international trade market.” He has brought the restaurant, L’Entrecote de Paris, to Miami as well as 14 locations in Brazil. Galvao has also worked with Sony Brasil Integrations on events in Orlando, Florida.

Right now, noted Galvao, Brazil is the second best country in the world for investment in real estate. “With increasing population, the stability of the economy and, especially, income, investing in real estate in the country has become a good deal.”

Some 2,000 people are expected to attend Tuesday’s forum sponsored by Real Deal Real Estate News Magazine, which publishes editions for New York and South Florida. The event will include three panel discussions as well as information about the EB-5 visa program and other forms of foreign investment. [http://cyrelaplanoeplano.com.br]
